港亚控股(01723.HK) 公布，配售最多327.2万股新股，相当于扩大后股本0.81%；配售价4.01元，较上交易日(23日)收报折让19.8%，公司亦将发行本金总额为5,237.76万元的可转换票据，为期三年及不计息。按初始转换价每股转换股份5元计算，因悉数行使可转换票据附带之转换权而将予配发及发行的转换股份合共为1,047.55万股，相当于扩大后股本约2.53%。
