利比勘探项目作为特朗普政府选定的首批 10 个美国快速通道项目之一，将享有更高的跨部门透明度、协调性和监督性。对此，赫克拉矿业总裁兼首席执行官 Rob Krcmarov 表示：“获得这一优先地位，充分体现了开发国内银和铜资源的战略重要性，同时有助于在我们推进最终决策记录的过程中，简化剩余的许可程序。”
