智通财经APP讯，STERLING GP(01825)发布公告，根据贷款协议，SAL向三泰提供本金额为421.28万美元的三泰垫款，按年利率7%计息。经近期与三泰磋商后，集团已成功与三泰达成协议，三泰将提早偿还贷款的未偿还结余。公司认为该提早还款对集团整体财务状况非常有利。根据贷款协议，于任何时候偿还本金及相关利息款项均不会招致罚金。
于2025年4月24日，三泰向集团偿还1000万港元，即偿还三泰垫款本金。公司认为该提早还款将有利于集团整体业务及现金流量。
