　　信铭生命科技（00474）公布，公司已于2021年8月17日及2023年1月4日与香港一间商业银行订立贷款协议（两份协议均由多份补充贷款协议补充）。

　　于2025年4月 23日，公司收到一封来自该银行的催款函，声称截至 2025年3月31日，该公司结欠该银行约3.52亿港元，并要求公司全数偿还债务。

　　该集团现正就此事寻求法律意见，并正与该银行磋商，尝试解决此事。
