天伦燃气(01600.HK) 宣布，附属河南天伦燃气集团与亚洲开发银行前日(22日)订立1.25亿美元银团贷款协议。该笔银团贷款由亚开行出资1亿美元，富邦华一银行和韩国产业银行共同出资2,500万美元。
上述1.25亿美元贷款，将用于公司旗下5个省份10家子公司的燃气管网更新改造及安全信息平台建设，最大限度减少甲烷泄漏，在保障公共安全的同时，减少温室气体排放。是次融资不仅进一步优化集团的融资结构，更将助力集团推动城市燃气管网向绿色化、智能化转型，为实现“双碳”目标作出贡献。(da/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
