4月3日，宜搜科技发布公告，于2025年4月3日，本公司已根据于2024年5月17日采纳的本公司购股权计划向129名合资格参与者(包括三名执行董事)(承授人)授出合共403.04万份购股权(购股权)，以认购本公司股本中每股面值0.00001美元的普通股份(股份)，惟须待承授人接纳后，方可作实。
