Reach Resources (ASX:RR1) said all 14 drill holes completed as part of confirmation drilling at its Blue Heaven deposit at the Murchison South gold project in Western Australia contained gold mineralization, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Significant assay results from the program include 41 meters at 2.01 grams-per-tonne grade of gold from surface, as well as 22 meters at 0.70 g/t grade of gold from 33 meters.
The firm said that independent resource consultant Mining Plus confirmed a mineral resource estimate for the Blue Heaven deposit at the Murchison South gold project of 681,000 tonnes from surface at 2.8 grams-per-tonne for 61,300 ounces of gold.
The deposit has the potential to be a shallow, open pit mining operation, with mineralization observed from the surface, with over 65% of the resource estimate classified as indicated.
The firm is progressing processing talks with various groups.
