据国际文传电讯社周一早些时候报道，俄罗斯经济部已将其对 2025 年布兰特原油平均价格的预测较去年9月时的预测下调了近 17%。据报道，该部在其 2025 年经济基本预测情境中预计，布伦特原油均价将为每桶 68 美元，低于其在 9 月份预测中预计的每桶 81.7 美元。

　　该部认为，俄罗斯主要混合油乌拉尔原油（Urals）的价格为每桶 56 美元，而俄罗斯 2025 年预算中假设的该价格为每桶 69.7 美元。

　　该社援引经济部一位代表的话说：“我们认为这是一个相当保守的估计。”

　　乌拉尔原油价格对俄罗斯预算至关重要，因为石油和天然气收入占所有预算收入的三分之一。

　　俄罗斯央行 4 月早些时候警告说，由于全球需求下降，油价可能在几年内都将低于预期。
