2025年4月24日，许昌金科资源再生股份有限公司发布公告称，其控股子公司淮南金科再生资源利用有限公司银行账户已解除司法冻结。此前于2025年4月15日披露了该银行账户被冻结的情况。被冻结账户位于中国建设银行股份有限公司淮南龙湖支行，性质为基本户，账号为34001634208053004077，实际冻结金额为457,004元。在银行账户被冻结后，公司积极沟通协商，截至本公告披露日，上述账户中的457,004元已全部解除冻结。此次银行账户冻结未对淮南金科生产经营及财务状况产生重大不利影响。相关文件包括《网上银行账户查询截图》和《淮南仲裁委员会调解书》淮仲调字[2024]881号。
