4月15日，根据中国证监会披露，新琪安、智慧物流通过中国证监会备案。
新琪安拟发行不超过32,830,500股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市，且14名股东拟将所持合计44,563,494股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。公司于2024年7月10日备案，历时279天。
智慧物流拟发行不超过1,150,000股普通股并在美国纳斯达克证券交易所上市。公司在2025年2月14日在证监会备案，历时仅60天，是今年最快通过备案的美股上市企业。
曹操出行拟发行不超过191,666,800股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。公司于2024年5月22日备案，历时330天，也是今年第6家通过备案的VIE架构企业。
截至4月18日，共有52家境内企业通过中国证监会备案。
