【达闼机器人大裁员，创始人回应：首先要解决发展和生存问题】金十数据4月21日讯，今日，国华与达闼战略合作发布会现场，达闼创始人兼CEO黄晓庆回应了近期关于达闼裁员的相关问题。黄晓庆表示，达闼机器人在商业化的过程当中，建立了六条产品线，所以我们裁员一个很重要的手段，不是去盲目的去看，而是把我们聚焦。对于此前员工薪资拖欠问题，黄晓庆还表示，这些我们都在积极有效解决。是不是应该首先解决，还是慢慢解决？我们的意见是慢慢解决，因为首先要解决的，是企业的发展和生存的问题，包括我们的员工，他也不愿意看到我们出问题。他可以等一下，他不至于要出问题，我们肯定要发展和生存。这个点是我过去我没有学到的，就是要先学会生存，然后再去发展，现在我已经学到这一点。
