消息面上，美国总统特朗普当地时间周二在公开场合发表了讲话，他承认美国目前对自中国进口商品的关税过高，预计税率将大幅降低。华源证券此前指出，关税仍存较大变数，当前美国对华超高关税或将导致双边大部分商品的直接贸易几乎停滞，而其他地区与中国的巨大关税差或将刺激在未来90天内的转口贸易，特别是亚州内与亚州-拉美集运贸易。
招商证券指出，受关税影响美线运力转向其他航线，东南亚抢运现象持续。本周特朗普表态有意向和中国进行谈判，悲观情绪有望缓解；美国USTR针对中国船东及中国船舶的港口收费方案发布，有180天宽限期，相比前版本力度减弱，但更加针对中国船东，可能将利好短期抢运和支线转运。据悉，德翔海运是一家专注于亚太地区的货柜航运公司。
