智通财经APP讯，易点云(02416)发布公告，于2025年4月22日，董事会根据2023年股份计划分别向纪鹏程博士(公司联合创办人、董事会主席、执行董事、首席执行官)有条件授出合共1440万份奖励(包括1152万份购股权及288万份股份奖励)，及向张斌先生(公司联合创办人、执行董事兼首席运营官)有条件授出合共960万份奖励(包括768万份购股权及192万份股份奖励)，以认购公司股本中每股面值0.00005美元的普通股。
此外，于股东特别大会上，董事会将向独立股东提呈普通决议案，以批准建议更新计划授权限额，以允许公司根据2023年股份计划授出合共最多为于决议案通过当日已发行股份10%的新购股权及股份奖励。
