智通财经APP讯，快狗打车(02246)发布公告，于2025年3月19日，公司递交申请，以赎回其所有基金参与股份，预计赎回事项的所得款项约为6617.98万港元。
公告称，经考虑赎回事项的预期回报后，董事认为赎回事项为集团一次变现有关投资的良机，使其得以重新分配集团资源予其他现有业务。此外，鉴于近期市况波动，以及全球央行政策及经济前景之不确定性增加，董事会认为采取更加谨慎的投资策略是审慎及必要的，需要变现于基金的投资以防止潜在损失并进行赎回事项以增加集团的现金储备。此外，集团拟将赎回事项的所得款项用于一般营运资金，从而支持其核心业务的发展。
