智通财经APP讯，中远海能(01138)发布公告，公司间接控股股东中国远洋海运集团有限公司(以下简称“中远海运集团”)计划自2024年10月21日起6个月内，以专项贷款及自有资金通过上海证券交易所以集中竞价交易方式增持公司A股股份，增持股份总金额不低于人民币6.79亿元，不超过人民币13.58亿元。
自增持计划公布以来，截至本公告披露之日，中远海运集团通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式累计增持公司A股股份5972.16万股，累计增持比例占公司总股本的1.25%，累计增持金额约为人民币7.21亿元(不含税费)，累计增持金额已达本次增持计划金额下限，本次增持计划实施完毕。
