智通财经APP讯，复星国际(00656)发布公告，于2025年4月17日，复星医药产业(公司透过复星医药持有的附属公司，作为买方)与HenLink(作为卖方)签订本次股份转让协议，据此，复星医药产业同意购买，HenLink同意出售1494.07万股复宏汉霖非上市股份，每股代价为港币24.6元。总代价为港币3.68亿元，将通过现金支付。
于2025年4月11日，复星医药产业(作为买方)与无锡通善、上海善梧(作为卖方)签订股份转让协议，据此，复星医药产业同意购买，无锡通善及上海善梧分别同意出售466.67万股及4.58万股复宏汉霖非上市股份，每股代价为港币24.6元。总代价合共为港币1.16亿元，以现金方式支付。
于2025年4月15日，复星医药产业(作为买方)与舟山果运(作为卖方)签订股份转让协议，据此，复星医药产业同意购买，舟山果运同意出售138.12万股复宏汉霖非上市股份，每股代价为港币24.6元。总代价为港币3397.75万元，以现金方式支付。
于该等增持前及该等增持完成后，公司透过复星医药分别持有复宏汉霖已发行股份总数的59.56%及63.43%(假设于本公告日期至该等增持完成之日复宏汉霖已发行股份总数并无变动)。
公告称，复宏汉霖是复星医药重要的抗体技术平台，其为根据上市规则第十八A章上市企业中率先依靠产品销售实现盈利的创新药企业。该等增持完成后，公司透过复星医药持有复宏汉霖已发行股份总数从59.56%增加至63.43%，体现了集团对复宏汉霖发展的信心及价值的认可。
