智通财经APP获悉，4月22日，天伦燃气控股有限公司（01600）之附属公司河南天伦燃气集团有限公司（以下简称天伦燃气）与亚洲开发银行（ADB）（以下简称亚开行）1.25亿美元银团贷款签约仪式在鹤壁举行。
该项贷款为亚开行首笔燃气管网改造升级类贷款，已被联合赤道环境评价有限公司认证为“绿色信贷”。根据协议，该笔银团贷款由亚开行出资1亿美元，富邦华一银行和韩国产业银行共同出资2500万美元。
此次天伦燃气获亚开行1.25亿美元贷款，将用于公司旗下5个省份10家子公司的燃气管网更新改造及安全信息平台建设，最大限度减少甲烷泄漏，在保障公共安全的同时，减少温室气体排放。
据悉，天伦燃气与亚开行的合作由来已久，早在2021年，天伦燃气就曾获得亚开行5000万美元的贷款授信。随着双方合作不断深入，此次亚开行为天伦燃气提供的贷款金额大幅提升，同时亚开行也携手富邦华一银行和韩国产业银行，与天伦燃气共同探索银企合作新模式。
