消息面上，4月23日，上海车展开幕。小鹏机器人IRON现身小鹏汽车展台，IRON身型修长，通体呈白色，大量观众围观并驻足观看。在现场，IRON进行了走路步行、立行演示，与观众进行了招手、打招呼、比耶、点赞等动作。此前4月15日，小鹏汽车AI机器人Iron将于2026年规模进入工业化量产。公司方面称，Iron采用1:1仿生设计，更有高度的人形化特征。拥有178厘米的身高和70公斤的体重，全身配备62个主动自由度，手部则拥有22个可动自由度。
此外，小鹏汽车推出小鹏P7+超长续航Max旗舰版，官方建议零售价20.88万元。小鹏汽车官方微博宣布，2025款小鹏X9，中国内地7天大定超6000台，中国香港、中国澳门及亚太地区其他市场（新加坡、马来西亚、泰国）大定超1500台。信达证券此前指出，智驾+出海+飞行汽车+机器人，公司长期发展空间广阔。
