我们为一间发展多品牌的驻新加坡餐饮集团，可提供广泛的客户吸引力。于2024年12月31日，该集团于新加坡拥有2家烘焙坊。此外，集团于中国拥有1家附属公司安徽秋田智慧科技有限公司营运智能饮料售卖机业务。
鉴于营商环境充满挑战、市场情绪低迷，董事会一直密切监控新加坡业务运营的效率及效益，并定期评估其表现以进行资源分配。新加坡方面，餐饮行业的营商环境仍然充满挑战。由于通胀压力，新加坡本已高企的经营成本(包括食品、租金、公用设施及劳工)进一步上升。考虑到该等因素，公司已采取成本控制措施以减少亏损，特别是，由于租金不断上涨会大幅增加本集团于新加坡的运营成本，我们决定不再续签若干店铺的到期租约。
截至2024年12月31日止六个月，公司在新加坡的业务运营的未经审核收益约占本集团总收益的14.6%。此外，该期间新加坡业务运营取得未经审核亏损43149新加坡元。
董事会认为，由于营商环境充满挑战;当前新加坡业务运营出现亏损;新加坡餐饮行业市场情况不断恶化且前景低迷;及预期未来缺乏发展前景，总体而言，继续在新加坡开展业务运营已不再具商业吸引力。因此，经审慎周详考虑后，公司已于近期停止在新加坡的业务运营。
