智通财经APP讯，天工国际(00826)公布，保荐人兼承销商代表天工股份向北京证券交易所提交公开发行方案，方案已于2025年4月24日获北京证券交易所批准。
根据公开发行方案，天工股份将透过保荐人兼承销商以配售及发行方式发行最多6900万股新天工股份股票(包括根据超额配售权可发行最多900万股新天工股份股票)， 占已发行股本约11.76%及经扩大股本约10.52%。每股发行价为人民币3.94元。售股章程已于北京证券交易所上载。预期有关公开发行结果将于2025年5月6日或前后公布。
天工股份董事兼总经理蒋荣军先生及天工股份董事兼财务负责人朱晶晶女士将通过保荐人兼承销商分别以配售价认购150万股及100万股新天工股份股票。
