特朗普任命的“边境沙皇”汤姆·霍曼（Tom Homan）在X平台表示：“两名法官被捕，这不应让任何人感到惊讶。在过去几个月里我多次说过，人们可以选择支持非法移民，也可以选择不协助移民与海关执法局（ICE）将非法移民罪犯从我们的社区驱逐出去，但不要越界。” 　　

　　霍曼表示：“如果你积极妨碍我们的执法行动，或者明知故犯地窝藏或向移民与海关执法局隐瞒非法移民，你将被起诉。这些行为属于重罪。后续还有更多行动。” 　　

　　同一日，美国司法部长帕姆·邦迪（Pam Bondi）在接受采访时表示，特朗普政府将起诉其他阻挠政府议程的法官。 　　

　　据报道， 威斯康星州的一名州法官因涉嫌妨碍无证移民逮捕行动，于周五被联邦特工逮捕。
