消息面上，4月25日，重庆农村商业银行发布2025年第一季度报告，该集团取得营业收入72.23亿元，同比增加1.37%；归属于本行股东的净利润37.45亿元，同比增加6.25%；基本及稀释每股收益0.33元。中金指出，公司25Q1营收同比增长1.3%，拨备前利润同比增长3.7%，归母净利润同比增长6.3%，与业绩快报一致。公司1Q25日均余额净息差1.61%，同比下降3bp，较2024 年持平；该行估算期初期末平均余额净息差环比下降6bp，同比下降2bp，降幅有所收窄，主要来自负债成本下行。
国盛证券表示，公司25Q1营业收入、归母净利润增速分别为1.35%、6.25%，分别较24A 提升0.3pc、提升0.7pc，利润增速提升主要得益于息差企稳、手续费收入降幅收窄、信用成本下降。该行认为，渝农商行有望受益于成渝双城经济圈建设，在贷款增长提速、强化降本增效管理、资产质量向好等因素下继续保持基本面持续改善，在高股息银行中具有性价比优势。预计渝农商行2025-2027年归母净利润增速分别为5.81%/6.15%/6.67%。
