Yan Tat Group Holdings (HKG:1480) is acquiring a property in Selangor, Malaysia from A.D. Trends for about HK$76.6 million, according to its Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing last Friday.
The acquisition was formalized through a sale and purchase agreement between Yan Tat Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group, and the vendor on Feb. 24.
The property consists of industrial land, a factory unit with an office, two factory units, and ancillary facilities.
The acquisition is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent, including approval from the state authority of Malaysia.
