公告称，净利增长主要系上年同期生物资产公允价值变动损失较多所致。
受市场环境变化、行业竞争格局调整及客户需求波动等因素综合影响，本报告期新签订单金额约为人民币 4.3 亿，截止本报告期末，在手订单金额约为人民币 22 亿。公司在手订单执行受多种因素的影响，请投资者注意投资风险。
