【美国ITC发布对无源光网络设备的337部分终裁】金十数据4月27日讯，2025年4月25日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定无源光网络设备（Certain Passive Optical Network Equipment，调查编码：337-TA-1384）作出337部分终裁：经过复审，确认本案不存在侵权，并确认本案申请方不满足进口要求、未能证明侵权、不满足美国国内经济地位要求、不是专利所有者或独占权；本案调查终止。
