4月24日，贵州省独山县人民法院一审公开宣判贵州银行黔南分行罗甸支行原行长周春林犯受贿罪一案，对被告人周春林以受贿罪判处有期徒刑三年二个月，并处罚金人民币二十万元；对周春林受贿所得赃款依法予以没收，上缴国库。

　　经审理查明：2019年8月至2023年7月，周春林在担任贵州银行罗甸支行行长期间，利用职务之便，私设贷款门槛，向贷款客户收取“揽储费”以及在罗甸支行营业场所选址和贷款审批、员工编制等方面为贷款户、房开商以及员工提供帮助，非法收受财物价值共计128.876万元，其中人民币115万元、茅台酒72瓶（价值10.7928万元）、和天下香烟8条（价值0.8万元）、金戒指一枚、金项链一条（购买价2.2832万元）。周春林非法收受上述财物后，其中103万元用于罗甸支行违规揽储活动以及贵兴惠民商超门头装修、收银系统采购等，余款25.8万余元被其挥霍。

　　独山县人民法院审理认为，被告人周春林身为国家工作人员，利用职务便利，为他人谋取不正当利益，非法收受他人财物共计128.876万元，数额巨大，其行为侵害了国家工作人员职务行为的廉洁性，已构成受贿罪。其近亲属主动代为退缴赃款，具有坦白、自愿认罪认罚等量刑情节，遂依法作出上述判决。被告人周春林当庭表示认罪认罚，服从判决。
