智通财经APP讯，晨鸣纸业(01812)发布公告，公司分别于2020年8月10日、2020年8月27日召开第九届董事会第六次会议、2020年第四次临时股东大会，审议通过了《关于黄冈晨鸣建设二期项目的议案》，黄冈晨鸣二期项目计划总投资128亿元，拟建设4条年产150万吨纸生产线(包含文化纸、白卡纸等品种，该项目全部采用原生浆造纸)、配套建设年产52万吨机械浆生产线、污水处理、热电联产项目及码头等。
截至本公告披露日，黄冈晨鸣二期项目累计投入资金为人民币34,737.93万元。
自黄冈晨鸣建设二期项目事项审议通过以来，公司积极筹划确定施工合作单位、科学合理进行工程设计，但近年来造纸行业产能集中投放，供需矛盾突出，主要纸种价格尤其是白卡纸价格持续走低，公司盈利水平受到很大考验，部分金融机构压缩贷款规模，黄冈晨鸣二期项目银团贷款无法顺利组建。
鉴于市场变化及公司目前的经营状况，为避免资本性开支进一步影响流动性，切实维护公司及全体股东利益，基于审慎性原则，公司决定终止黄冈二期项目。
