智通财经APP讯，重庆农村商业银行(03618)发布公告，董事会于2025年4月25日接获本行非执行董事胡淳女士(胡女士)及殷祥林先生(殷先生)的辞呈。胡女士由于个人工作安排，辞去本行非执行董事、董事会战略发展委员会委员、董事会审计委员会委员、董事会提名委员会委员及董事会三农金融服务委员会委员职务。
根据《中华人民共和国公司法》《上市公司治理准则》《农村中小银行机构行政许可事项实施办法》《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》(香港上市规则)及公司章程等相关规定，经股东单位推荐，及经董事会提名委员会审议通过，董事会建议提名马宝先生(马先生)、董斌先生(董先生)及袁刚先生(袁先生)为本行非执行董事候选人。
