智通财经APP讯，嘉鼎国际集团(08153)发布公告，于2025年2月4日，田亚洲(呈请人)向香港特别行政区高等法院(法院)入禀一项针对本公司的清盘呈请(呈请)，内容有关约638万港元的指称债务，据称为本公司根据数份贷款协议应付予呈请人的本金及利息。呈请预计于2025年5月19日进行聆讯。
由于董事会认为呈请人的申索存在真正争议，本公司将反对呈请。本公司正采取适当行动处理呈请及解决有关事宜。
