格隆汇4月25日｜泛欧交易所(Euronext)周五提交其欧洲通用招股说明书单一标准化股票发行模板，旨在加速资本市场整合，并促进欧盟的首次公开招股(IPO)活动。该交易所在声明中称，泛欧交易所不断简化上市规则，通过统一的规则手册，使发行人能够利用由单一交易平台Optiq提供支援的单一流动性池。泛欧交易所进一步说明，虽然新模板需要通过正常的监管审批程序提交，但以更简单的11个部分格式取代之前要求的21个部分，使上市招股说明书的准备更快、更高效。
