EDA Group Holdings (HKG:2505) joint venture company Beijing Li Qian is acquiring a 51.16% equity interest in Flexlogis Investment Indonesia through a capital injection of 83.8 million yuan.
Beijing Li Qian has entered into an investment agreement with Flexlogis, Eda Cloud, and the target company on Thursday, according to its Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same day.
Before the transaction, Flexlogis held 99.00% and Eda Cloud held 1.00% of Flexlogis Investment Indonesia.
After the capital injection, Flexlogis and Eda Cloud's equity interests will decrease to 48.35% and 0.49%, respectively.
