智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，4月24日，京能清洁能源(00579)股东将股票由渣打银行(香港)转入中国银行(香港)，转仓市值11.27亿港元，占比16.59%。京能清洁能源2024年财报显示，该公司期内实现收入为约人民币205.62亿元，同比增加0.57%；公司权益持有人应占溢利为人民币32.45亿元，同比增加6.13%。
京能清洁能源公告，于2025年4月24日，本公司与华润信托订立信托合同，据此(其中包括)，本公司已有条件同意将基础资产委托予华润信托以成立信托、发行资产支持商业票据以及管理、使用及处置信托财产，而华润信托已有条件同意为受益人的利益就资产支持商业票据发行事项担任信托的受托人及管理机构。
