智通财经APP讯，立高控股(08472)发布公告，于2025年4月28日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理有条件同意担任本公司的配售代理，按尽力基准促使向不少于六名承配人(其本身及其最终实益拥有人为独立于本公司及其关连人士的第三方)以每股配售股份0.27港元的配售价配售最多1920万股配售股份。
假设本公司已发行股本于本公告日期至完成日期之间并无变动，配售协议项下最高数目1920万股配售股份占：于本公告日期已发行股份总数的20.00%;及经悉数配发及发行配售股份扩大后的本公司已发行股本约16.67%。
每股配售股份0.27港元的配售价较：于2025年4月28日(即配售协议日期)联交所所报的收市价每股股份0.31港元折让约12.90%;及于紧接配售协议日期前最后五个连续交易日联交所所报的平均收市价每股股份0.325港元折让约16.92%。
董事拟将配售事项的总所得款项净额用于本集团的业务营运及一般营运资金，其中包括员工成本以及一般行政及营运开支。
