Federated Hermes on Thursday said its board approved an increase to the company's quarterly dividend, raising it to 34 cents per share from 31 cents.
The dividend, $1.36 on an annual basis, represents a yield of about 3.5% based on the closing share price of $38.30 on Thursday.
The new dividend will be payable on May 15 to shareholders of record as of May 8, the investment manager said.
In April 2024, the company raised its dividend to 31 cents per share from 28 cents.
