智通财经APP讯，皇朝家居(01198)发布公告，于2025年4月3日，出售事项的挂牌期结束后，广东联合产权交易中心通知御园地产，出售事项的中标人为吕尚科技，最终中标价为人民币6000万元(即最低挂牌价格)。
因此，于2025年4月21日，御园地产(作为卖方，公司的间接全资附属公司)与吕尚科技(作为买方)订立股权转让协议，御园地产同意出售而吕尚科技同意购买东马股权，代价为人民币6000万元。
出售事项旨在达致资源优化及精简集团资产架构。东马的表现未能达到公司的预期，导致其财务状况及盈利能力显著恶化。东马的估值与公司于2020年初始投资时比较出现较大下滑，整体行业环境及市场趋势亦出现明显的变动，这为东马未来的经营状况及前景带来了不确定性。东马股权为集团持有的投资，并非集团的核心资产或主要业务的一部分。出售事项亦可使集团专注发展其主要业务，有利于公司的整体发展。
