富国银行（Wells Fargo）周一宣布，美国消费者金融保护局（CFPB）已撤销2018年针对该行合规风险管理问题下达的同意令（consent order）。

　　这是自2019年以来富国银行解除的第12项监管令，标志着该行在解决长期监管问题方面取得重要进展，但仍受1.95万亿美元资产上限的约束。

　　CFPB解除2018年同意令，该法令涉及合规风险管理问题，为近期解除的多项监管令之一。

　　在此之前，美国货币监理署（OCC）已于2024年2月解除类似同意令。

　　富国银行首席执行官查理·沙夫（Charlie Scharf）表示：“此次同意令的终止，加上近期其他监管令的解除，表明我们已基本完成共同风险与控制体系的重建工作。”

　　富国银行的监管危机始于2016年曝光的虚假账户丑闻，随后引发严厉审查与数百亿美元罚款。同意令作为监管机构的执法工具，通常要求银行支付罚款或执行整改措施。尽管取得进展，该行仍面临美联储设定的资产规模限制，全面恢复正常运营尚需时日。

　　富国银行是美国资产规模第三大的银行，持续的解禁动作或为其战略转型铺平道路。
