　　4月24日，财政部成功发行2025年首期超长期特别国债，中金公司在本次发行中积极承销并引入多家机构携手参与，立足主责主业着力服务超长期特别国债发行，支持国家“两重”“两新”政策加快落地，有利于加速释放国内投资和消费需求。

　　此次招标发行的超长期特别国债中，20年期500亿元，发行利率1.98%；30年期710亿元，发行利率1.88%。根据预算安排，我国今年拟发行超长期特别国债1.3万亿元，较2024年增加3000亿元。其中，8000亿元用于更大力度支持“两重”项目建设，5000亿元用于加力扩围实施“两新”政策。今年，支持消费品以旧换新的超长期特别国债规模为3000亿元，较2024年增加1500亿元。

　　中金公司在本次发行中引入境内外超过50家机构参与，并成功服务包括银行、保险、基金、券商、财务公司、理财子公司等机构类型的境内外投资人实现中标，承销比例达本次超长期特别国债发行规模的2.2%，圆满完成承销任务，并充分彰显了国有金融机构服务国家战略的使命担当，以实际行动践行金融报国。
