智通财经APP讯，富景中国控股(02497)发布公告，于2024年7月24日，富景农业(为公司间接全资附属公司，作为质押人)与该银行(中国工商银行股份有限公司莱西支行)(作为承押人)订立东方明珠资产抵押协议，富景农业同意向该银行提供已抵押资产作为抵押，以于2024年7月19日至2027年1月19日期间担保东方明珠的若干还款责任，最高金额为人民币2800万元。
于同日，富景农业(作为质押人)与该银行(作为承押人)亦订立利泰资产抵押协议，富景农业同意向该银行提供已抵押资产作为抵押，以于2024年7月19日至2027年1月19日期间担保利泰建材的若干还款责任，最高金额为人民币2800万元。
获该银行确认，东方明珠资产抵押协议及利泰资产抵押协议项下的总索偿金额合共为人民币2800万元，乃由于两份协议下均抵押同一资产。
已抵押资产为由富景农业持有的物业单位，位于中国山东省青岛莱西市店埠镇官东路202号。
于本公告日期，东方明珠及利泰建材各自已向公司确认，东方明珠贷款协议及利泰贷款协议项下结欠的本金额及所有利息已悉数向该银行偿还。因此，执行董事认为，订立东方明珠资产抵押协议及利泰资产抵押协议对集团造成的财务影响属微不足道。
