上证报中国证券网讯（记者费天元）4月28日，中金公司披露2025年一季报，该季度实现营业收入57.21亿元，同比增长47.69%；归母净利润20.42亿元，同比增长64.85%。

中金公司表示，报告期内营业收入增加，主要由于金融工具投资产生的收益净额增加，以及手续费与佣金净收入增加。

分业务看，中金公司一季度经纪业务手续费净收入12.98亿元，同比增长56%；资产管理业务手续费净收入3.08亿元，同比增长15%；投行业务手续费净收入4.03亿元，同比下降10%。
