泰凌医药(01011)公布，于2025年4月28日，该公司拟向楼勇斌先生及楼勇军先生、陈红丽女士、张根火先生、章立亮先生、何仙华女士、胡宝珍女士及郑敏女士收购Junbinxiongdi Limited、Yue Hua Limited及Zhong He Qun Lian Limited100%已发行股份，代价为约人民币1.16亿元(相当于约1.236亿港元)，将以配发及发行代价股份支付，每股代价股份0.45港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.580港元折让约22.41%。

据悉，目标公司合共拥有中国经营公司(浙江康源医疗器械有限公司)58.11%股权，中国经营公司主要于中国从事研发及经营X射线机器人骨密度系统及可携式数字X射线诊断机器人系统，并持有相关专利。

董事会认为收购事项是一项重要的战略行动，可使公司的转型可以成功及投资组合更多元化，并扩大其在快速成长的人工智能医疗影像技术领域的版图。预计此次收购事项将使公司成为人工智能医疗成像技术的领先者，使其有能力赢得更大的市场份额，并吸引更广泛的客户群寻求尖端的诊断解决方案。此次收购可以帮集团建立智能化的骨科平台并成为一家高科技的医疗企业。
