智通财经APP获悉，周一，法拉第未来(FFAI.US)大涨逾16%，报1.22美元。消息面上，继2019年卸任法拉第未来CEO后，FF创始人贾跃亭最新再被任命为联席CEO。贾跃亭透露，FF将启动并购计划，并购全球范围内高价值、高性价比的AI技术公司以及车生态相关的技术和AI公司，构建全球顶尖的AI车生态，促进公司资本价值尽快能够回归到真实价值。
业务目标方面，贾跃亭称，今年公司将用FF 91的势能赋能FX，迅速实现FX三款车型项目抢占美国蓝海市场目标，力争达成2025年底FX首辆车下线，让FF Super One成为美国First Class AI MPV的第一品牌，实现FX量产后两年内的销量达到数万辆目标。
