Semtech (SMTC) said Monday it increased its revolving credit facility by $117.5 million, bringing the total to $455 million.
This update was made through a fourth amendment to its existing credit agreement. The change does not affect any financial covenants or key terms, the company added.
The company also said the increase replaces part of the revolving credit that matured in November. Currently, the credit line remains unused, except for $2.9 million in letters of credit already issued.
Shares of Semtech were down 1.1% in recent trading.
