智通财经APP获悉，香港楼价连跌4个月，租金指数则连升4个月。香港差饷物业估价署公布的数据显示，3月私人住宅售价指数进一步跌至284.2，月环比再跌0.49%，创逾8年半低，同比跌7.76%。首季私人住宅售价指数累跌1.73%。
中小型单位(100平方米以下)售价指数月环比跌0.45%；较大面积单位(100平方米或以上)售价指数月环比跌0.76%。
当中，A类物业(40平方米以下)售价指数月环比持平；B类物业(40至69.9平方米)月环比跌0.68%；C类物业(70至99.9平方米)月环比跌0.78%；D类物业(100至159.9平方米)月环比跌0.76%；E类物业(160平方米或以上)月环比跌0.54%。
至于3月私人住宅租金指数进一步升至193.3，月环比升0.1%，连升4个月，同比升4.54%。首季租金指数累升0.42%。
