【广东房地产信贷持续回升 实现连续5个月正增长】金十数据4月25日讯，人民银行广东省分行召开一季度广东省金融运行形势新闻发布会。记者从会上获悉，2025年3月末，广东房地产贷款余额7.6万亿元、同比增长0.9%，实现2024年11月以来连续5个月正增长。其中，个人住房贷款余额比年初增加962亿元、同比多增679亿元，连续6个月正增长；房地产开发贷款在“金融16条”、房地产融资协调机制等政策引导下保持增长，比年初增加365亿元。广东企业融资成本持续下降，2025年3月广东省（不含深圳）新发放企业贷款加权平均利率为2.85%。
