亿华通一季度亏损同比扩大至9301万元 研发投入占营收164.15%
4月28日，亿华通(688339)公布2025年一季报，公司营业收入为1053万元，同比下降19.9%；归母净利润自去年同期亏损9120万元变为亏损9301万元，亏损额进一步扩大；扣非归母净利润自去年同期亏损9705万元变为亏损9896万元，亏损额进一步扩大；经营现金流净额为-8828万元，同比下降10.5%；EPS(全面摊薄)为-0.4015元。
截至一季度末，公司总资产45.05亿元，较上年度末减少5.72%；归母净资产为24.68亿元，较上年度末增长3.62%。
需要注意的是，上年财务数据因为会计准则变化发生了重述，上文计算基于重述前的数据。
公司在2025年第一季度发布的报告中，主要业务包括氢能相关技术的研发与应用，致力于推动氢能产业的发展。公司计划通过发行股份购买定州旭阳氢能有限公司100%的股权，并同时募集配套资金，以进一步拓展其在氢能领域的市场份额。
在研发方面，公司在本季度的研发投入为1728万元，占营业收入的比例达到164.15%。这表明公司在新技术和产品的开发上持续保持高投入，尽管相比上年同期有所减少。此外，报告中提到，公司与交易对方已签署框架协议，表明其收购计划正在积极推进中。
报告还指出，尽管公司在本季度面临了一些挑战，整体业务运营依然在有序进行，未来将继续专注于氢能技术的创新与市场推广。
