ESR(01821.HK) 公布，与STACK合资发展的日本关西京阪奈地区72兆瓦数据中心园区开发计划，已于近日开展首阶段工程，双方将合作建设及营运一座全新数据中心，园区首座建筑目前已动工，预计于2027年第二季度投入营运。
该设施凭借可持续建筑设计与施工标准，已获得LEED金级别预认证，园区将拥有强大的电力和网络连接能力，确保为超大规模企业、云服务供应商及大型企业客户提供极可靠的支援，以可持续方式应对不断演变的工作负载需求。
ESR与STACK此前已共同于韩国仁川开发容量达48兆瓦的数据中心，ESR数据中心首席执行官Diarmid Massey指，日本关西地区对现代化、节能型的数码基建需求不断增长，相信新园区可提供顶尖的数据中心容量、可扩展性和灵活性，为超大规模数据中心和大型企业提供支援，应对未来五年市场的关键IT负载量或将翻倍的挑战。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-04-28 16:25。)
