4月25日，先锋基金公告称，董事长 Wong Leah Kuen因个人原因离任，副总经理兼首席信息官吴越退休离任，离任日期 2025-04-23。此前3月1日公告，总经理龙涌离任，张帆上任总经理。

　　Wong Leah Kuen，自2023-01-19至2025-04-23担任先锋基金董事长，历任中信证券国际有限公司资产管理部、研究部首席分析师，摩根士丹利华鑫证券有限责任公司投资（银行）部中国区副总裁，兴业银行股份有限公司私人银行部总行境外投资处处长、兼任香港分行私行部副总经理，香港伟恩资产管理有限公司执行总裁，江苏联和股权投资管理有限公司副总经理。

　　吴越，自2023/08至2025/04担任先锋基金副总经理兼首席信息官，曾任联合证券营业部总经理、联合证券经纪业务部副总经理、汉唐证券经纪业务部总经理、金信证券副总裁。2005年加入南方基金，任信息部总经理，2012年兼任总经理助理和首席技术官（CTO），2020年任信息技术部董事总经理（MD）。曾担任中国基金业协会金融科技专业委员会委员、中国金融证券标准化委员会委员。

　　先锋基金管理有限公司（V-FUND）成立于2016年5月16日，是经中国证监会批准的公募基金管理公司，注册资本20000万元人民币。北京指南针科技发展股份有限公司、北京福中达投资有限公司持股比例分别为 95.0100%、4.9900%。截止2025年一季度末，资产规模27.2亿。
