智通财经APP获悉，云锋金融(00376)午后涨超90%，截至发稿，涨61.7%，报1.52港元，成交额2005.14万港元。
消息面上，耀才证券发布公告称，上海云进通过旗下子公司，以每股3.28港元的价格向耀才证券发起要约收购。上海云进由蚂蚁集团全资控股，而蚂蚁控股由阿里巴巴间接持股33%。公开资料显示，耀才证券是一家香港头部本土券商。
值得注意的是，马云和虞锋控股的云锋金融也持有香港老牌券商瑞东集团的牌照。据悉，云锋金融集团有限公司原名瑞东集团有限公司，是一家主要从事证券业务的香港投资控股公司。公司通过三大分部运营。证券经纪分部在香港、上海及海外交易市场提供经纪服务。证券配售及包销分部从事证券配售及包销。顾问及咨询服务分部提供财务顾问及咨询服务。
