智通财经APP讯，大唐环境(01272)发布公告，大唐环境产业集团股份有限公司平罗项目分公司(公司分公司，大唐环境平罗分公司)拟出售有关国能平罗发电有限公司(平罗电厂)与大唐环境平罗分公司订立的脱硫脱硝特许经营协议的特许经营项目项下的所有资产。
公告称，平罗电厂自投产以来持续经营困难，该特许经营项目经营也较为困难。经评估经营环境后，董事会认为条件已变得不利于特许经营项目继续经营。潜在出售事项预计将于本财政年度内完成，预计将产生即时现金流入，从而于潜在出售事项完成后改善公司的净利润状况并增强未来盈利前景。此外，此次适时撤资将使集团能够更有效地重新分配其资源，并寻求未来可能出现的其他商机，从而优化公司的资产组合及资本结构。
