智通财经APP讯，国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司作为买方与卖方A四川聚星能源管理有限公司及卖方B上海天合富家能源有限公司于2025年4月27日订立本次资产转让协议，卖方A及卖方B同意出售，且买方同意购买本次转让标的，总代价为人民币5.29亿元(本次交易)。
本次转让标的为卖方A及卖方B于中国各省销售的光伏发电设备。本次转让标的的评估值合计约人民币5.29亿元。卖方A及卖方B不单独核算本次转让标的的税前及税后利润。
本次资产转让协议乃由公司于一般及日常业务过程中订立。订立本次资产转让协议有利于充分发挥各方优势，有益于增加公司在光伏发电设备经营租赁市场的市场份额，符合公司业务发展战略。
